Members Portal

With the rollout of memberships for Flexspace partners on white label, partners needed a platform where users could manage their membership and make bookings.


By leading the project, I was responsible for designing the members portal from the ground up. Collaborating with the CTO & co-founder, 2 developers, project manager, and support from designers on my team, we iterated nearly 30 possible solutions over the 1.5 month-long endeavour.

Rebooking & Home Page Redesign

A home page redesign to increase co-working space discoverability and a rebook feature that allows users to easily book co-working spaces they've already been to.


This was the first project where I collaborated with another designer on my team; my task was to design hero sections that increased user engagement for both new and returning users. On top of weekly design reviews with the CTO and lead developer, I also completed my first developer handoff.

Design System 2.0

Design System 2.0 was an internship project where another intern and I were tasked with updating/enhancing the current design system for ease-of-use and organization.


Throughout this project, much of what I did included moving updated components from other design files into the design system, enhancing the design system by making component groups and searching for components more intuitive, and publishing an update to reflect across all design files.
